Delete a workspace (immediate, in the app)

If you own a workspace, you can delete it and all of its data yourself:

Open Baton and select the workspace.
Go to Settings → Team.
In Delete workspace, type the workspace name and confirm.

This permanently and immediately deletes the workspace’s conversations and messages, members and pending invitations, chatbot and widget settings, AI backend credentials and usage statistics. Its chat widget stops working.

Delete your account

To delete your operator account (your sign-in and everything linked to it), email ceo@grapph.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject Delete my Baton account. We may ask you to confirm the request to make sure it comes from you.

Within 30 days we will delete:

your sign-in (email address and password);
your memberships in all workspaces;
your notification preferences and push-notification tokens on all devices;
every workspace where you are the only owner, with all of its data as listed above.

Messages you sent as an operator in workspaces that other owners keep remain part of those workspaces’ conversation history, since that history belongs to the business that owns the workspace.

Request logs that may contain your IP address are deleted automatically by our hosting provider after about 30 days. Nothing else is kept after deletion.

Website visitors

If you chatted with a business through a Baton chat widget, that business controls your conversation. Please ask it to delete your data. You can also email us, and we will forward your request.
